No Professional Advice: Our coaching services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. If you require professional advice, you should consult a qualified professional.
Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, and results. You agree to actively participate in the coaching process and provide accurate and complete information as needed.
Fees: The fees for our Services are as outlined on our website or as agreed upon in writing. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of Services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refunds: Depending on the service, we offer a refund policy. The refund policy will be outlined as part of each service. If you are dissatisfied with our Services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
Provider Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.
Ownership: All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and audio-visual content, are the intellectual property of ThinkWell Coaching & Consulting or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Confidential Information: Any personal information you share with us during the coaching process will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Non-Disclosure: You agree to keep all confidential information shared during coaching sessions private and not to disclose it to any third parties.
No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkWell Coaching & Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
No Warranty: Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ThinkWell Coaching & Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ohio.
